It’s Episode 10 of the 2022/23 season with Gary and Martin eating biscuits and sweets in the virtual studio this week.

On this episode, Martin Fallon and Gary Langley discuss the Leagues AGM which took place on Saturday. We go over what type of business goes on, what the protocols are and how things happen. We also take a look at the early round draws of the Macron Cup and Edward Chase Cup.

Episode 142 is here with the end of the season fast approaching, and as many of our sides play their last game of the season on Bank Holiday Monday, Martin Fallon and Gary Langley take a look at the movers and shakers in both divisions.

Runcorn Linnets have been promoted as Premier Division Champions, with Widnes or Runcorn Town joining them. Has this been the best Premier Division season in memory? At the other end, Barnton and AFC Darwen are down but there are still two places to be decided.

In the First Division, Silsden and Litherland REMYCA are both promoted from the First Division although the Championship is still up for grabs, whilst Saturday’s results also confirmed the play off picture despite on game remaining.
