Gary Langley, Press Officer and Programme Editor for ambitious Litherland Remyca, joins us for an hour or so to discuss the North West Counties Football League. Gary is a guy who many people around the league will not know with Remyca new to the league this season, and he discussed their start to the season plus lets us know where Remyca want to go in the next few years.

Gary also takes on Martin in this week’s predictions competition. And we have a special cameo appearance from last week’s guest Jeff Voller who had to come back on to make one more prediction. What could that be?
